joia9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the joia9 website accessible at joia9.io and all associated services, products, applications, and features made available therein.
• "We", "Us", "Our" or "joia9" refers to the operator of the joia9 platform and all entities acting on its behalf.
• "You", "Your" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the joia9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player upon registration, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Balance" refers to the total of deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits held in a Player's account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's account balance comprising deposited and won funds, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts issued to a Player under the terms of a specific joia9 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to comply with platform integrity standards.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all platform operations, support hours, and time-sensitive terms.

By accessing the joia9 platform — whether by visiting joia9.io, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and joia9.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the joia9 platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an active joia9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. joia9 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds returned minus any winnings, which will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, syndicates, and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended joia9 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from the joia9 platform or subject to any active account restriction at the time of registration.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

joia9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Registration of an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. The registered account holder is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) joia9 account only. The discovery of multiple accounts held by the same individual — determined by matching personal details, device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or any other identifying data — will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. joia9 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login details.

joia9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in furtherance of fraudulent activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players.

All joia9 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although joia9 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or responsible gaming purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the platform's cashier section.
• Deposits are credited to your joia9 account balance in real time in the case of mobile money transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits may be subject to processing times of up to 30 minutes.
• joia9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the joia9 account holder.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering procedures.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours from the time the request is approved. During periods of high transaction volume, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• joia9 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Players are encouraged to complete full KYC verification before requesting their first withdrawal to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals of amounts above ৳50,000 may be subject to enhanced verification and may be processed in multiple instalments at joia9's discretion.

joia9 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC and are in good standing on the platform. joia9 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and will be used in bets only after the Real Money Balance has been exhausted, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are converted to Real Money Balance upon satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.
• joia9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel an active bonus at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit wagering requirements, or withdrawing deposited funds after claiming a bonus without genuine gaming intent — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and the ICC T20 World Cup may carry additional eligibility or opt-in requirements. These will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the joia9 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. joia9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where the platform's specific rules for a given market expressly provide for such cancellation (for example, in cases of event postponement or abandonment).
• joia9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was affected by a technical error, an incorrect price, or information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by market, sport, and game type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time of placing a bet.
• For cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other covered cricket events — the settlement rules governing rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, match abandonments, and reduced-over contests are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended briefly during key match events. joia9 accepts no liability for bets placed on suspended markets.
• All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and fishing games, use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by our studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joia9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point requested by joia9.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform functions without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform — whether in games, the betting engine, the payment system, or any other component. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any card or table game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.

• Accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party who is ineligible to hold a joia9 account.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the joia9 platform or its underlying software.

joia9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information they need to ensure that their gaming activity remains enjoyable and within their means. • Technical errors, platform outages, or connectivity issues that prevent access to the platform or cause disruption to a gaming session, provided that joia9 has taken reasonable steps to maintain platform availability.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where such access resulted from the player's own failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Errors in odds or payout calculations resulting from third-party data feed failures, provided that joia9 corrects the error and settles affected bets appropriately once the error is identified.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to rely on information displayed on the platform — including statistics, form guides, or market commentary — as the basis for a betting or gaming decision.

joia9's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit joia9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of applicable law.

joia9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the joia9 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment method details — is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, and complying with our platform integrity obligations. joia9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the joia9 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version in full.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure before the effective date of the changes. joia9 will process any closure request and return your Real Money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures outlined in Section 5.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. joia9 operates as a safe and reliable online entertainment platform and is committed to resolving any player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
